This was my first cave experience, so I may be biased in saying it was awesome. The cave systems themselves are pretty astonishing, and the tour guides were friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed the mild history lessons about the caves and surrounding area. There is a more to here like zipline and rope walking, a maze, rock sifting, shopping, and 2 restaurants. They sell beer! We cracked a good geode too.

This place is so amazing, beautiful, interesting and nice and cool on a hot day. Perfect fun for the family no matter what you do here. They have so many options and levels of experiences that you can choose and cater to your likes and interests. We only did one tour and really felt like we should have gotten the tickets for both the tours once we finished. We went as a group of five, my family hit the 9:30 time slot which was a steal. It was early, not crowded, a small group of maybe 15 people max that went down together and the tour guide was so informative. She did not rush anyone and made sure everyone was enjoying the tour and had time to take it all in. When we were finished we got to play a few games with the kids in their park area, take pictures of all the fun, spotted all kinds of beautiful butterflies and lizards and even a fat squirrel drinking from the water well! Their landscaping is enough to make anyone feel connected to Texas as they have chosen beautiful Texas plants that thrive in the area. Which we all really appreciated seeing. The gift shop is way too cool. I think we spent as much time in there picking out and exploring all they had to offer as we did down in the caves. My kids picked the Fossil bag and the Lucky strike bag to pan and then you just step outside and they have a whole set up with the sleuthing water coming down from the well and screened boxes for their bags. It was SO much fun! They both found so many treasures to bring home! 10/10 highly recommend!! We will be going back to enjoy the drive through Zoo and the Discovery tour next time!!!

The caves were cool and the kids enjoyed it. But what we really loved was the Twisted Trails ropes course. This is a huge adventure course where you are safely secured to a harness and get to zip line and climb through different zones. They also had a maze for the little ones and other fun things to do after the cave tour. Check it out!

Super cool place to take the kids! Very interesting and informational. We got a nice little hike through the cave as well. Afterwards there was ice cream and music and games to enjoy outdoors.
